EXOTICALLY MUNDANE

from $125.00

We were filming a story about a family in Australia, and to be invited into someone’s life is a gift on many levels. I always have my camera with me just in case something presents itself. I probably wouldn’t take a picture like this at home; the truth is, I wouldn’t see it. But an empty clothesline at the bottom of the world seemed familiar and exotic. The circle will be complete when I can see and appreciate these moments at home.

Campbell Town, Australia, 2006
Camera: Leica M6
Lens: 35mm
Film: Kodak Gold 400
