INSOMNIA

Is a theme throughout some of these moments, and I’ve grown to treasure my bouts with sleeplessness. The world is quiet in the early morning, and many discoveries must be made. Silhouettes against a dark sky are usually difficult to capture, but it worked out this time. These naked trees have a majestical quality, and I’m reminded that I’m lucky to be alive to witness stillness.
