LA COLUMBE D’OR
LA COLUMBE D’OR is a restaurant and hotel in the mountains just outside Cannes. It’s been a hangout for artists for decades. The walls inside the restaurant are filled with notable paintings, and the garden is blooming with installations and sculptures. My wife went there as a child a few times, and it’s been a dream of hers to eat there. Taking pictures of Art is not something I normally do, but I try to incorporate people in the frame on the rare occasion. The juxtaposition and context can be interesting.
